TERMS OF SERVICE
Below you can find the Terms of Service for HEX / AnUncreativeCat 's digital artwork commissions! Please read before contacting and inquiring about a commission!
General Info
I as an artist reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason!
You, as the customer, agree to my Terms of Service when you purchase any type of commission from me!WILL DRAW: fanart, original characters, furrys, male and female characters
WILL NOT DRAW: minors, elderly characters, mechs, gore, or FULL NSFW
Payment
All payments are through PayPal
1.) I will request all payments through PayPal in USD
2.) A rough sketch will be sent prior to payment as confirmation that the commissioner agrees to the artwork they will be receiving; I then request full payment before finishing the artwork.
3.) Prices listed are for NON-COMMERCIAL PURPOSES, any artwork that will be created for promotional purposes or monetized will HAVE A x2 PRICE MULTIPLIER
4.) All payments are final, refunds will not be available.
>> In the event of any unexpected charge-backs; I reserve the right to publicly discuss the incident to alert other artists to protect them from having a similar incident!
Workflow & Process
1.) I start with a rough sketch to get all the idea of the finished piece; once the sketch is approved I will ask for the full payment before continuing.
2.) After the payment is received the drawing will be lined, base colored, and finally rendered.
3.) Once the drawing is fully rendered I will send it to be confirmed a final time.
4.) Most pieces can be finished within 2 weeks maximum; however, if there is any reason I may need more time I will try and let you know in advance!>> In the event that you are curious to see the progress on the drawing/ receive an update I am happy to provide that for you but please be respectful when doing so.
>>Major changes can be requested during the sketching phase ONLY to proctect the quality and time-frame of the drawing
>>Minor changes can be made up until the final stage but ONLY 3 maximum changes
Usage & Copyright
1.) All artworks will include a signature that is not to be removed
2.) I, as the artist, hold all rights to the artwork and can post the image or use the image in whatever way I wish. (commissioner may request a delay on a public post, but it must be discussed with me first)
3.) I am to be credited as the artist of the drawing
